Step-by-step guides to set up and optimize our IPTV service on all your favorite devices.
Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV or box. Search for one of the recommended IPTV applications (we recommend TiviMate for the best experience). Install the app.
Open the installed IPTV app. Most apps will prompt you to add a playlist on first launch.
Select 'Add Playlist' or similar option. Choose to add via URL/XC API. Enter the M3U URL or XC login details provided in your welcome email.
Some apps will ask for an EPG (Electronic Program Guide) URL separately. If requested, enter the EPG URL from your welcome email.
Save your settings. The app will load your channels and you can start watching.
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Apps from Unknown Sources > Turn ON.
Go to the Amazon App Store, search for 'Downloader', and install it.
Open Downloader and enter the URL for your preferred IPTV app (e.g., 'bit.ly/tivimate' for TiviMate). Follow prompts to install.
Open the installed IPTV app. Add your playlist by entering the M3U URL or XC login credentials provided in your welcome email.
If prompted, add the EPG URL from your welcome email to get TV guide information.
Open the App Store on your iOS device. Search for one of the recommended IPTV apps (GSE Smart IPTV is a popular choice). Download and install the app.
Launch the IPTV app you installed. You'll need to add your playlist to access your channels.
Look for an option to add a new playlist, usually in the settings or main menu. Choose to add via URL/Xtream Codes.
Enter the M3U URL or Xtream Codes login details (username, password, server URL) provided in your welcome email.
If the app asks for a separate EPG URL, enter the one provided in your welcome email.
Go to your Smart TV's app store (Samsung Apps, LG Content Store, etc.). Search for and install one of the recommended IPTV apps.
Some apps like Smart IPTV require your TV's MAC address. Find this in app settings or TV network settings.
On your computer, visit the app's web portal (e.g., siptv.app/mylist/ for Smart IPTV). Enter your TV's MAC address and your M3U playlist URL, then save.
Some apps like NET IPTV allow direct configuration on the TV. Open the app, go to settings, and add your playlist URL or XC login details.
Return to the app on your TV and refresh/reload the channel list. Your channels should now appear.
Download and install VLC Media Player (recommended for beginners) from videolan.org or your preferred IPTV app.
Open VLC. Go to Media > Open Network Stream. Paste your M3U playlist URL from your welcome email. Click Play.
In VLC, go to Playlist > Save Playlist to File. This creates a local file you can double-click to load your channels.
For a better experience, download a dedicated IPTV player like IPTV Smarters Pro or MyIPTV Player. Install and add your playlist URL or XC login details.
If using a dedicated IPTV app, add the EPG URL from your welcome email to get program guide information.
